Return & Refund Policy – ALF Technologies

At ALF Technologies, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a 30-day product guarantee for new, unopened items. If you’re not satisfied, you may return the product within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (excluding shipping costs). All returns must be authorized by contacting us at contact@alftechnologies.shop.

Incorrect or Defective Items
If the return is due to an error on our part (incorrect or defective product), we will cover the return shipping cost and send a replacement via upgraded shipping. Refunds are processed within 2–4 weeks, and are issued via the original payment method.

Subscription Services require a 30-day cancellation notice.

Electronic Deliveries
We verify the activation status with the manufacturer before issuing a refund. If the product is unactivated and valid, a refund will be processed via the original payment method.

Restocking Fees:

  • Open License orders: Up to 15% restocking fee

  • Retail Licenses: Up to 15% restocking fee

  • Anti-Virus products: Up to 25% restocking fee

  • Microsoft Office 365: Non-refundable; requires 30-day cancellation notice


Shipping Policy

We ship to most global locations, though some restrictions may apply. Shipping time depends on product availability, shipping method, and destination.

Estimated delivery times (after 1–2 days processing):

  • Ground: 4–10 business days

  • Express Saver: 2–3 business days

  • Standard Overnight: 1 business day

Note: Delivery times are estimates. Some items may arrive sooner depending on availability.

For digital/downloadable products, you’ll receive the product or license key via email on the same day your order is confirmed.
